2. Eligibility for Online Booking

1. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent under Indian law.

2. If booking on behalf of a company, fleet, or dealership, You represent that You are authorized to bind such entity.

3. Bookings are restricted to jurisdictions where the Company is authorized to sell and deliver Matter bikes.

3. Nature of Online Booking

• Online booking through matterbike.in is an expression of interest and not a guarantee of sale, delivery, or price.

• Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Company or its authorized dealers.

• Completion of a booking does not create a contract of sale until full payment and dealer verification are completed.

4. Booking Process

1. Selection: Choose Your desired model (e.g., Matter AERA) and variant from the Website.

2. Details: Provide accurate personal and contact information, including name, address, phone, and email.

3. Payment: Pay the applicable booking amount through approved payment gateways.

4. Acknowledgment: Receive an online acknowledgment/booking reference number.

5. Dealer Allocation: The Company will allocate Your booking to the nearest authorized dealer.

6. Confirmation: The dealer will contact You for further steps including documentation, test ride (if applicable), financing, and final payment.

5. Booking Amount

1. A minimum booking amount shall be payable at the time of making an online booking.

2. The amount may vary by model, location, or promotional offer and will be displayed on the Website at the time of booking.

3. Payment must be made through secure online payment gateways integrated with the Website.

4. The booking amount is subject to applicable taxes as per prevailing laws.

6. Payment Terms

• All payments shall be made in Indian Rupees (INR).

• Accepted modes: Credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, or other authorized methods.

8. Allocation and Delivery

3. Delivery will be made only after:

   • Full payment of the on-road price.

   • Submission of required documents (identity, address proof, license, etc.).

   • Completion of regulatory formalities including RTO registration.

4. In case of delay beyond 90 days from estimated delivery, You may request a cancellation and refund of the booking amount.

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer:

   • You may cancel Your booking anytime before dealer invoicing.

   • Refund of booking amount shall be processed within 30 business days, subject to deduction of applicable transaction/processing fees.

2. Cancellation by Company/Dealer:

   • The Company reserves the right to cancel a booking due to force majeure, regulatory issues, or non-availability.

   • In such cases, the booking amount will be fully refunded without interest.

3. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.

10. Transfer of Booking

• Bookings are personal and non-transferable.

• Transfer of booking to another individual/entity requires prior written consent of the Company and fulfillment of KYC formalities.

11. Warranty and After-Sales

• Matter AERA motorcycles are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty as per the warranty booklet provided at delivery.

• Warranty coverage is subject to regular servicing at authorized service centers.

• The Company shall not be liable for damages arising from unauthorized modifications or repairs.

12. Customer Obligations

• Provide accurate information during booking and delivery.

• Furnish all required documents for registration and financing.

• Ensure compliance with local motor vehicle laws.

• Use the vehicle in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

13. Limitation of Liability

1. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from bookings, including delay in delivery.

2. Total liability shall be limited to the booking amount paid by You.

3. The Company is not responsible for dealer-specific delays, financing approvals, or third-party service failures.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for delay or failure in fulfilling obligations due to events beyond Our reasonable control, including strikes, natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.

15. Privacy and Data Protection
